Tom Lindblom is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc., a privately held company that through its subsidiaries operates more than 3,800 franchised or company-operated restaurants in 44 states and 40 countries.

· Managed technology for more than 1,000 locations and established technical standards and requirements for the balance of the 3,800 locations in 44 states, and 40 foreign countries and U.S. territories, with the company-owned percentage varying from nearly 40% to approximately 5%.

· Supervised a team of more than 130, with over half direct employees and the remaining outsourced staff in Manila, Philippines, the USA, India and elsewhere.

· Enhanced profitability by leveraging a combination of existing technology with targeted investments to realize business goals.

· Achieved recognition by Visa as one of the very first Level 1 Merchants to attain PCI DSS 1.0 certification.

· Consulted for one of the largest Canadian based corporations.  The holdings included banking, restaurants, retail, manufacturing, land development and distribution.
